Bally LED Displays
As stated before we have developed LED Displays for early Bally pinball machines.
There are two versions: 6-digits and 7-digits. The board itself is quite small and it is mounted easily inside the box. The original metal holders are not needed any more.
Have a look at following pictures; first you can see two LED Displays mounted into the PacMan machine. The LED displays are the upper right one (7-digit) and the middle one (6-digit) - a bit hard to recognize that those are not the original displays, because our digicam seems not able to see the difference between red and orange color...
The LED shows a really bright and shinig red, an this might be the reason why the camera has some problems with it. It looks very nice, as far as I am concerned ;-)
These are two pictures with the backglass removed, where you can easily see the proto boards.
The following pictures show the newest prototype in closeup. By the way, the proto is fully functional and the layout is ok as well, so it's ready for "production":-))

Fortunately we were able to collect some orders from a few pinball freaks so it was possible to order some professional boards. This is how they look like:

7 digits
As we have frequent requests concerning the boards and as we have no complete set of boards left, we have decided to publish our design:

Finally here are two links to the homepage of pinball fans who used these schematics for their own LED developments. And they have much more pinball related information on their pages, too!
